Brave

Cathexis Theatre is an independent Edmonton based  company dedicated to creating  brave, eccentric new works.  We believe that theatre should push boundaries, raise questions, and challenge us. It's a tool to find connection, empathy, and to better the world around us. We explore controversial issues with eccentricity, empathy, and humour. Our goal is to bring underrepresented, controversial, and misunderstood issues to the forefront without skimping out on the entertainment. We emphasize humour embedded in darkness and shed light on commonly misunderstood or disregarded issues.
